How do I sign up?

Patients who wish to participate will be issued a Bronson MyChart activation code during a visit to a Bronson healthcare provider. This code will let you log in and create your own user ID and password. Ask how you can set up your account at your next appointment.

When can I see my test results in Bronson MyChart?

Your test results are released to your Bronson MyChart account after your healthcare provider has received and reviewed them. This is generally within 1-3 business days of your doctor’s office receiving your test results. This can vary depending on the type of test and the result.

Can I see all my test results in Bronson MyChart?

Your healthcare provider is able to decide which types of test results can be accessed through Bronson MyChart. Tests of a sensitive nature are not released to Bronson MyChart. All test results are available to you through your provider.

If some of my health information on Bronson MyChart is not correct, what should I do?

Your Bronson MyChart information comes directly from your electronic health record at your doctor's office. If you wish to update your medications, allergies or current health issues, you may submit the change directly through Bronson MyChart. Your provider will receive your change request and confirm the update. Other changes may be discussed at your next appointment or by contacting your healthcare provider. Your health information is also reviewed and updated in your electronic health record each visit.

If I send a message to my healthcare provider, when can I expect a reply?

You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note that Bronson MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please call your doctor’s office if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.

Can I view a family member's health record in Bronson MyChart?

Yes you can. This is called proxy access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal Bronson MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding their family member or loved one. Proxy access will only be granted if you have permission from the patient, are the parent of a minor child, are the legal guardian of the patient or you have the legal right to the patient’s medical information. Complete a Proxy Consent Form and return it to your doctor’s office to request access to this convenient service.

Can I ask questions regarding a family member from my Bronson MyChart account?

If you have proxy access to another patient, please send messages regarding that patient from his/her account rather than your own account. For patient safety, it is important that you do not submit questions regarding other people from your account.

Can you send me a new activation code as I have lost it, let it expire or did not receive it?

Contact your doctor’s office. After your information is verified, a new code will be sent via U.S. Postal Mail. Privacy issues prevent us from e-mailing a new activation code to you.

Log into Bronson MyChart and from the left menu, go to the Preferences section.

How is Bronson MyChart secure?

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal ID's, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Unlike conventional e-mail, all Bronson MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website. Bronson MyChart uses the latest encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with Bronson MyChart.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Bronson MyChart is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by Bronson.

I was logged our of Bronson MyChart, what happened?

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. While logged into Bronson MyChart, if your keyboard or mouse is not used for 15 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of Bronson MyChart. We recommend that you log out of your Bronson MyChart session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

What do I need to use Bronson MyChart?

You need access to a computer connected to the Internet and an up-to-date browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc. You must also have a personal e-mail address.

My activation code does not work, what should I do?

For your security, your activation code expires 60 days after it is issued to you. You will only use your activation code once, to set up your MyChart account. If you allowed your activation code to expire before using it, contact your doctor’s office. After your information is verified, a new code will be sent via U.S. Postal Mail. Is my activation code my user ID?

No, your activation code is not your Bronson MyChart ID or password. You will use this code only once to log into Bronson MyChart for the first time. The activation code will expire after you have used it or after 60 days. When you log into Bronson MyChart the first time, you will then be asked to create your own unique Bronson MyChart ID and password.
